Application
Appetite suppressant. This medication is used to reduce weight along with
a diet and exercise program.
Interaction
Inform your Doctor and your Pharmacist about all prescription and
nonprescription medicines you use, especially if you take monoamine
oxidase inhibitors, high blood pressure medicine, any other weight loss
medicine and any over-the-counter cough and cold medicine that you are
taking.
Side Effects
Blurred vision, dizziness, dry mouth, sleeplessness, irritability, stomach
upset or constipation may occur the first few days as your body adjusts to
the medication. If these effects persist or become bothersome, inform your
doctor. Serious side effects may result form use other than prescribed by
your Doctor.
Precautions
Give your doctor your complete medical history especially if you
are being treated for depression, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid
or glaucoma. Limit alcohol and caffeine use. Tell your doctor if you are
